Do I have an account to place an order?
No, you just need an email address. We recommend that you create an account to add your favorite items to your wish list. You can still purchase and track your orders in guest mode.
I forgot my password what should I do?
Click on “Forgot your password?” on the login page and enter your email. You will receive an email with instructions.
How do I complete an order?
Here is a simple guide:
Select size and possible color of the product you like and click on “Add to cart”. Once you have chosen the items you want to buy, proceed to checkout.
Log in or sign up if you haven’t already. If you don’t have an account, you can simply proceed with guest mode.
Enter your shipping address, payment and shipping information to complete your order. Be very careful to enter the correct data! Once the payment is confirmed, we will prepare it carefully and send it where indicated.
How can I pay for an order?
Here are the allowed payment methods:
PayPal and Credit Card
It is possible to enter the payment data at the time of order placement, using your PayPal account or a valid credit or debit card (VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Aura). The applicable amount will be immediately reserved on the card but will not be charged until the items are shipped.
Wire transfer
Make the bank transfer with the following details:
1. Owner of RVL Fashion s.r.l.
2. Insert the wording “Balance of order no. …” followed by the order number in the order confirmation email.
3. IBAN IT52I0326801603052811991940
The shipment will be made after the credit of the sum.
Where can I see the details of my order?
At the conclusion of an order, you will receive a confirmation email, containing the details of your order.
Once approved, your order will be processed within 2/3 working days.
You can then find the shipping tracking number in the summary of your order on our site, or in the “Track your order” section in the our website’s footer and entering the order number in the confirmation email you received and your email

Shipments
How long should I wait for my order?
Orders are managed and shipped by RVL Fashion srl, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 within 3 days of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped from the following Monday.
How much is shipping?
RVL Fashion s.r.l. shipments all over the world: in Italy and abroad with GLS and DHL.
Shipping Italy
The shipping cost is € 5.90 throughout Italy, excluding Sardinia, Venice and smaller islands. Delivery times range from 1 to 3 days.
International shipments
Delivery times for international shipments vary from 3 to 10 working days, and the cost varies according to the country of destination. They are calculated and displayed when the order is completely completed.
RVL Fashion s.rl. is not in any way responsible for any customs duties or other expenses incurred during international shipments, being these under the responsibility of the buyer.
We therefore invite the customer to inquire at the local customs office. A useful link to calculate how to pay customs costs based on your country is: dutycalculator.com.
Returns and refunds
Withdrawal from the order
If you have changed your mind you have the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send a registered letter to RVL Fashion S.r.l. Via Della Moscova 46/7 – 20122 Milan (MI), or by sending an email to customercare@jemine.com.
You must therefore book the collection of the product, which will be returned complete with all its parts, completely intact, no later than the 14th day following the communication of withdrawal.
The first return is free.
How do I book a return with pickup?
Contact us at +39 3400811697 or via email: customercare@jemine.com to allow us to organize the collection at the residence address.
1.You must return the product in the wrapper and package in which it was received, following the instructions in the “Returns and” Refunds “section of the following website (DHL or GLS);
2. Now attach the return label and a signed note on the outside of your Jeminé packaging box;
3. Place all the products inside the Jeminé box;
Keep a copy of your return label, as you can check the delivery status of your package with our carrier using the tracking number provided.

When can I not exercise the right of withdrawal?
Those who have as object of the supply one or more of the following products cannot exercise the right of withdrawal from the Contract:
- personalized items;
- sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
The right of withdrawal from the Contract will be applied only to those products returned in the same conditions in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used in addition to simple opening and for products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or if they have been damaged.
We therefore invite you to take care of the products.
Please return the item by using or including the original wrapping, instructions and other documents, if any, that accompany the products in the package.
